Wednesday

*We only had 1 packet from the Office for Wednesday Folders, so I just told the kids to put that in their Red-Take Home Folder!

Science Fair:
I have listed all the due dates above and it will stay on my blog until the Science Fair is over! :)  The kids also have all the due dates listed in their planners ~ there will be something due every Wednesday until the Fair.

PAC Field Trip is tomorrow ~ those kids will receive their make-up work when they get back.

Math: Today we worked more with graphs and reading a chart. Students worked hard on answering inferencing questions based on those charts.  Next, we filled in a chart and answered questions together.
HW: pg. 138 in textbook - fill out the chart that is a worksheet and answer the questions (21-24) on the back; also Wednesday day of the multiplication packet

Reading: Today we worked more on inferencing, which I think the kids have down very well! :)  We also worked more on possessive nouns. The HW from last night wasn't so good - so we ended up doing tonight's HW together so we could get more practice.  Students also read out of their Lit. Books or worked on their new Lit. Book Project.  {which you can find to the right under Reading Class Lit. Projects}

Science: We continued working on our weathering and erosion articles.
No HW

Writing: We started our possessive nouns unit. Students worked on an activity together in pairs.  They had fun but we will continue to work more on this!! No HW
