Meet Mrs. Burton

I'm so excited to have you in our class! Here's a little bit about me!

I've been teaching 4th grade for 9 years. I get to team with one of my closest friends, Mrs. Maldonado. I have my Master's Degree from Georgetown College, which is also where I earned my undergraduate degree.  My husband and I met in college but did not begin our life together until years later. We married in 2010 and live in Lexington. Mr. Burton works in finance at PNC Bank. His family relocated to Hilton Head Island, so we spend part of Christmas break and a week during Summer Break visiting them! We had our first baby in September, 2011. Her name is Harper Alan.  We love everything about being parents!

All 4 seasons are my favorite! I love something different about each one!
I could eat pizza every day of my life and be happy! Especially Puccini's Pizza! :)
I drink a Vanilla Coke Zero every morning!
