Harriet Tubman Project 2013

Students in Mrs. Burton's 4th grade worked on a project based on slavery, Harriet Tubman, and the Underground Railroad.

Activities:
Music:
You may listen to the song that was created around Harriet Tubman's life HERE
{Malak, Jalea, Katie, Michael, Sarayah}
Song Lyrics: {to the tune of Justin Beiber's Beauty and A Beat}
All we need is no more slavery. To make our lives complete. Harriet followed the north star to get out free. And Harriet did not let danger stop. She worked her whole life to help in the fight to save us from hate.

All we need is no more slavery. To make our lives complete. Harriet was a conductor on the railroad. She saved lives and loves and blacks and whites. She saw the difference in what was right.

Our history was made with her bravery, Harriet we are very proud of her. All we need is no more slavery. To make our lives complete.
