*We thankfully made it past the snow this week with no snow days - so the last day for kids has officially been set - May 24th
*Book Club tomorrow after school

****We have our test results in the Reading KPrep Scrimmage test and the kids ROCKED IT OUT! I am SOOOO proud of them! They truly "showed what they know" on this test! WOWZA!!! I had 4 perfect scores!!! And many close to perfect scores! That's hard!! :) So, the kids received their Good Faith Effort reward time today!


Science & SS Time: KPrep Math Scrimmage Test

Science: Students are to study their predicting and forecasting weather for the test tomorrow.  Students need to know how to read a map and know high/low pressure, fronts, and temperature.  All found in their study guides!

Reading: Our Math test took a while! We reviewed text features found in nonfiction articles.
No HW

Writing LO: I can type my expository piece.
Activity: We worked on the mini laptops to type our articles.
No HW

Math LO: I can use a ruler to measure to the nearest eighths, quarters, and whole.
Activity: We practiced using the rulers to measure items around the room.
*We also did our reward time during the end of math time!
